I found my clinician to be abrupt and borderline rude. Whilst I know its part of her job to be proactive that does not mean she should be dismissive of my individual needs

Perhaps listen to individual patients specific history

The practice as a whole were very thorough and very professional

A bit easier to get an appointment on the day. I do however understand this is a national problem so any criticism is aimed at the current government as at May 2024

The Drs appointments and the Drs are very good, polite, compassionate and listen to your needs. They are extremely helpful. To get an appointment can be very difficult. I have been suffering from acute nerve pain since before Easter I managed to get see a GP at Holbrook. I asked to be referred to private consultant but I have had to wait over three weeks for my referral forms to be completed and paid a fee for the privilege. During this time I paid for my own Nerve Pain treatment because I chose not to use the NHS but could not be seen privately either.

Patients in acute pain who choose to be seen privately should not have to wait over three weeks for forms to be signed. It’s not good enough.

One month wait for an appointment. Appreciate this is now standard but marking it as acceptable makes it the bar and it needs to be better
